Hello Class!

I hope you all are doing well and staying safe! As we go through this time of transition, it is important that we all stay positive and keep learning! 

To assist in this transition time, PWCS has a Home Learning page.

I have also provided information on optional work as well as the work we were finishing before the school onsite closure. All of the AES modules are reopened as well for retakes.

*** June 1 - June 7th*** OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

6th grade: This week we are continuing our work in code.org. Please complete the Hero's Journey. Please visit code.org and complete the Minecraft: Voyage Aquatic. You can access code.org via Clever. To do so, log into Office 365, select more APPS, then ALL apps, and you will see code.org. 

7th grade: This week we are continuing our work in Virtual Job Shadow. Access the site via Clever. Once on that page, scroll to the middle of the home page and select Career Activity Assignment and work "Understanding Patience".

8th grade: This week we are continuing our work in code.org. Please  complete the lesson on How to Code - Simple Encryption  You can access code.org via Clever. To do so, log into Office 365, select more APPS, then ALL apps, and you will see code.org

*** May 18 - May 24th*** OPTIONAL Activities
6th grade: This week we are focusing on putting our skills into action. Please visit code.org and complete the Minecraft: Voyage Aquatic. You can access code.org via Clever. To do so, log into Office 365, select more APPS, then ALL apps, and you will see code.org. 

7th grade: This week we are examining the growth mindset. Please visit Virtual Job Shadow (VJS) and complete the Lesson Career Investigations: Understanding Growth Mindset. You can access VJS via Clever. To do so, log into Office 365, select more APPS, then ALL apps, and you will see code.org. 

8th grade: For this week please visit code.org and complete the Cybersecurity and Global Impact Quest. You can access code.org via Clever. To do so, log into Office 365, select more APPS, then ALL apps, and you will see code.org

Students can access our course links/websites on Clever with their login and password. The student login is the first six letters of the last name, first initial, middle initial, two digit graduationyear@pwcs-edu.org and the same password they use for computer logins.
