Hello 2nd Grade!

Or should I now say, Hello 3rd Graders!  I want to let you know all know that I have really enjoyed our time together this year.  It is definitely a year I will never forget!  We had some great times laughing and learning alongside each other.  I hope you all have a wonderful summer and remember to keep reading!
Love, Mrs. Breslin :)

Remember you can still use Raz-Kids at home for reading.
The username for our class is mbreslin7.
If they can't remember their password, let me know and I will assist you.

Knowbuddy Resources and Pebble Go are great resources for online books! The username and password for these online resources will be sent home through e-mail.

For math, Khan Academy is a great tool to utilize for review or practicing a new skill.  The best part is that it is completely free!

But Mrs. Breslin-What Can I Do Over The Summer?

*Read 20-30 minutes a day (Raz-Kids, Knowbuddy Resources, PebbleGo, or your own books)
*Practice counting mixed coins, create story problems for your family to solve, or your addition and subtraction facts to 20
*Create your own double-digit addition with and without regrouping and double-digit subtraction without regrouping
*Do your own time checks on an analog clock
*Send me an e-mail or letter to let me know what you have been up to this week :)

Have a wonderful summer my friends!
